Metro Line 1 in Mexico City is now open again after undergoing numerous improvements to enhance the experience for everyone. Now, people can ride from one end of the city to the other in about 40 minutes, using shiny new trains and safe stations. The largest station, Observatorio, was renovated to facilitate easy connections between trains and buses, allowing children and adults to travel throughout the city much faster.

Many workers replaced old tracks, put in special cables, fixed the lights, and made the metro more comfortable and safe. Because of these improvements, more than 850,000 people use Line 1 every day to go to school, work, or visit friends. These changes show how a city can grow and help everyone move around more easily.
